Duluth Trading property at Hoover’s Stadium Trace Village sells for $5M

Stadium Trace Village, our Broad Metro Commercial Real Estate development in Hoover, Alabama, continues to add new businesses and restaurants. Duluth Trading opened its doors to Hoover and Birmingham area residents in late 2019. The Hoover Duluth Trading store occupies 15,000 square feet at Stadium Trace Village, where it offers workwear and casual apparel for men and women.

In February 2020, the Duluth Trading store location sold to a real estate investment trust based in Arizona, VEREIT Real Estate LP, for a reported 5.144 million. VEREIT (NYSE: VER), owns and manages retail, restaurant, office and industry properties that have long-term net leases with high-credit tenants.

Stadium Trace Village, developed by William Kadish of Broad Metro Commercial Real Estate continues to grow with new tenants like Big Whiskey’s, Chipotle, Edgar’s Bakery, O’Henry’s Coffee, Longhorn Steakhouse, Arby’s and Sleep Number.

About William Kadish

William Kadish serves as Director of Commercial Real Estate Development and Disposition for Lawrence Kadish Real Estate, a New York-based firm. He has thirty years of real estate experience.

Among his roles, Kadish has conducted nationwide development leasing and sales for retail and other commercial operators. New development and rehabilitative commercial property projects under his direction span the entire country with more recent focus on Arkansas, Florida, Illinois, New York, Pennsylvania, and now Alabama.

He’s worked with recognized national retail companies like Wal-Mart, CVS, and Sherwin Williams as well as regional grocery, restaurants and single tenant medical.

He serves as Director for Commercial Real Estate Development for Financial Professionals of New York, which is 2,000 member professional organization. He is a former committeeman of the Nassau County, New York, Republican Party, and is a graduate of Nova Southeastern with a degree in Business Administration and received a Juris Doctorate from Shepard Broad Law School.
