About Will Kadish
Will Kadish serves as Director of Commercial Real Estate Development and Disposition for Lawrence Kadish Real Estate, a New York-based firm. He has thirty years of real estate experience.
Among his roles, Kadish has conducted nationwide development leasing and sales for retail and other commercial operators. New development and rehabilitative commercial property projects under his direction span the entire country with more recent focus on Arkansas, Florida, Illinois, New York, Pennsylvania, and now Alabama.
He’s worked with recognized national retail companies like Wal-Mart, CVS, and Sherwin Williams as well as regional grocery, restaurants and single tenant medical.
He serves as Director for Commercial Real Estate Development for Financial Professionals of New York, which is 2,000 member professional organization. He is a former committeeman of the Nassau County, New York, Republican Party, and is a graduate of Nova Southeastern with a degree in Business Administration and received a Juris Doctorate from Shepard Broad Law School. Among his previous positions, he served as a Certified Legal Intern in the Florida State Attorney’s Office.
